Collateral Murder

The military is full of honest people who think before they act, unfortunately, it is also full of trigger happy meat-heads. This video shows a group of marines talking about a brutal attack as if it were a video game. Soldiers can now simply press buttons to unleash slaughter as they cower away at a distance, killing is made much easier when it's done on a computer monitor. At multiple points you can hear the soldiers hoping the civilians give them a reason for kill-shots, this is America's "WAR ON TERROR". Reminiscent of Vietnam, it is actually the U.S who is committing many of these terrorist acts, a lot of the time on women and children.
This particular footage is making laps around the internet right now, as it clearly shows the attack on a large number of unarmed civilians including children. This type of thing is happening way to often right now over seas, now is the time to make some noise about the issue or this type of thing will keep on happening, generation after generation.

***Footage is extremely graphic.

Collateral Murder

WikiLeaks has released a classified US military video depicting the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad -- including two Reuters news staff. Reuters has been trying to obtain the video through the Freedom of Information Act, without success since the time of the attack. The video, shot from an Apache helicopter gun-site, clearly shows the unprovoked slaying of a wounded Reuters employee and his rescuers. Two young children involved in the rescue were also seriously wounded. For further information please visit the special project website www.collateralmurder.com.
Here is a clip of some of the survivors, and how it was crippled their way of life... Spread the word, get mad, put it on your Facebook status, do something, these atrocities are being committed everyday. If people don't speak up, it becomes "normal", as if our society isn't numb enough already.
