(Destro Recordings - Toronto)
Jay Hamilton (Halifax, Canada) Since he started DJing in Canada’s mid-west EDM party scene at a very young age, Jay Hamilton has brought his innovative fusion of house, electro. progressive and techno to clubs, festivals and large-scale events across the country. Many years later and based in Halifax, Jay is known as Canada’s East Coast ambassador to the underground. A veteran performer with 16 years of experience behind the decks, Jay has kept his style fresh by continuously challenging crowds and infusing his tough driving sets with tracks of his own production, re-edits and mashups. Jay’s skills as a performer, producer and crowd-pleaser have won him A-list bookings alongside some of the world’s most revered DJs over the years.

Jay’s popularity, consistently tight mixing and thoughtful programming skills have earned him the pleasure of playing alongside and opening for the likes of Deadmau5, Tiga, Max Graham, Benny Benassi, The Advent, Misstress Barbara, Mark Farina, J Dub, DAVE the Drummer, Bad Boy Bill, John Kelly, The Stickmen, Deko-ze, John Aquaviva, Christian Smith, Juan Atkins, Ritchie Hawtin and DJ Dan to name a few.

A constantly evolving DJ, Jay never limits himself to one genre and frequently explores styles that pique his interest. He has been known to drop breaks, dnb and speed garage on occasion and when the crowd is begging for it, tough as nails tribal progressive and techno. He is a purveyor of only the best in today’s cutting edge electronic music to his loyal fans and never disappoints.

(Halifield Movement - Outlaw Entertainment - Halifax)
Jordan aka Method got his first taste of DJ’ing after hearing a local drum and bass DJ rock a house party in 2000, and was instantly drawn to the electronic music scene. He spent the next couple of years exploring different genres but found his love in house, drum and bass and more recently dubstep. In 2006 he started spinning drum and bass and was quickly snatched up by The Halifield Movement and dubbed "Rookie of the Year". Since then he’s played all over the Maritimes at clubs and festivals sharing the stage with world class acts such as Dirtyphonics (France), Excision (Kelowna), Bad Boy Bill (Chicago), DJ Muffler (Finland), Colette (Chicago), NC-17 (Toronto), DJ Parallax (Boston), as well as playing alongside Atlantic Canada's most respected DJ’s. His smooth mixing and taste for music are what really define Method as a DJ, and he never leaves a crowd disappointed!
