This game has been in development for years and years. It was rumoured a few months ago that the game had actually been cancelled, those rumours couldn't have been further from the truth. The game is being developed by Remedy, Remedy is best known for their work with the Max Payne games. These developers have a way with atmosphere and storytelling that always seems to suck it's viewers in, I remember playing Mad Max for the first time and I considered it a lot more in-depth than a lot of the movies that were out at the time. That's not shittin on movies, I'm just saying it's nice to have a game be truly "immersive" Alan Wake has a ton of promise, it also has a ton of hype to live up to.

Release date "Spring 2010"
